This page allows users to search the database for genes contained in islands by means of cds descriptions.
The descriptions are hyperlinked and will retrieve all islands containing a cds with the same description.
Users may enter their own description to be searched against or choose from a predefined list.
QuickGO ontology information is also presented for the description and accessible from the QuickGO hyperlink.
