General Information: Eubacterium limosum KIST612 is an acetogenic bacterium isolated from an anaerobic digester and has a high growth rate on synthesis gas (CO; carbon monoxide) using it as a sole energy source. This organism produces acetate as well as butyrate and ethanol as fermentation products from syngas.
