General Information: This organism has been isolated from abscesses however its pathogenicity is unknown. Corynybacterium kroppenstedtii DSM 44385 was isolated from sputum of an 82-year-old female with pulmonary disease. Corynybacterium without mycolic acid in the cell wall.
