Hyperthermophilic sulfur-reducing archaeon. This bacterium is an extreme hyperthermophilic, anaerobic, sulfur-reducing archaeon. Grows optimally at 95-106 degress C, with a NaCl concentration of 17 g/l and a pH of 7.0.
