Lineage: Cronobacter sakazakii; Cronobacter; Enterobacteriaceae; Enterobacteriales; Proteobacteria; Bacteria

General Information: Causes septicemia and enterocolitis in infants. Cronobacter sakazakii formerly Enterobacter sakazakii, is associated with infant septicemia, meningitis, and necrotizing enterocolitis.
